To Apply:
- Complete an electronic application by following this link.
- NOTICE: ANY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND THE APPLICATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Submit:
A. Three (3) letters of recommendation.
B. Supplementary Fellowship Form (optional).
C. Financial Statement Form (required of international applicants).
D. Official GRE General Exam scores (sent directly from ETS): Minimum Score Required: 301-305 (department code 0703) - (School Code: 4839).
E. TOEFL score (if applicable) - Minimum score of 550 or 213 for the computer-based version of the exam or 80 on the internet-based version of the exam.
F. A non-refundable application fee of $80.00 for domestic applicants or $100.00 for international applicants. Graduate Admissions Application Waiver Request Form. - Send:
A. Two sets of official transcripts - you need at least a 3.20 GPA - from all post-secondary institutions attended. If transcripts are not in English, certified translated copies must be sent in addition to those in the native language.
