To apply:

1. Complete an electronic application at http://www.graduate.ucr.edu/apply/InstructionsBeginFM.html
2. Supplemental forms required are listed below (3a-3c, 3f and 3g) and can be found at http://www.graduate.ucr.edu/Admiss/SuppForms.html
3. Send:
   a) Signed Statement of Purpose and Personal Statement
   b) Signed Disclaimer Form
   c) Three letters of recommendation accompanied by completed and signed recommendation forms
   d) Two sets of official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. (If transcripts are not in English, certified translated copies must be sent in addition to those in the native language.)
   e) Official GRE General Exam scores (department code 0703)
   f) Supplementary Fellowship Form (optional)
   g) Financial Statement Form (required of International applicants)
   h) TOEFL score, if applicable
   i) A nonrefundable application fee of $60.00 (domestic applicants) or $75 (international applicants) payable to Regents UC sent to:

Fall Admission & Fellowship consideration: January 5

Fall Admission only: May 1

Winter Admission only: September 1

Spring Admission only: December 1

Applications are usually considered on a rolling basis; however, for maximum financial assistance you should apply by January 5 to matriculate the following Fall.
