UCR CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR MATHEMATICS COURSES - SPRING 2008
Concurrent Enrollment Deadline for SPRING 2008: Friday, April 18, 2008
All concurrent enrollments for math courses are handled through the Math Department. The procedure and guidelines to enroll in these courses are listed below:
- All guidelines and deadlines for UCR matriculated students apply to Concurrent Enrollment students.
- Complete Concurrent Enrollment form, which can be obtained at UCR University Extension Center. Forms and prerequisite documentation (such as transcripts or AP scores will be accepted by the Math Department beginning the first day of classes, March 31, 2008 during regular business hours, but all questions will only be answered during Concurrent walk-in hours. Please see below for updated hours.
- All prerequisites must be met--documentation must be provided to the Math Dept. before April 15, 2008. (If the prerequisite course was not taken at UNEX or a community college in California, student must provide course syllabus and outline to the Math Department no later than April 15, 2008)
- Students are responsible for checking with the Math Dept. regarding their status during Concurrent walk-in hours (please check our website for hours).
- Once a course has opened to concurrent students, the student must come to the Mathematics Department during concurrent walk-in hours to be enrolled in the course. Students must be present in order for the request to be processed. - Enrollment requests are not automatically processed
- NO CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER April 18, 2008
- ENROLLMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED IN ANY MATH CLASS; BUT ATTENDANCE IS EXPECTED IF A CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT SPACE IS GRANTED FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT.
Please note UCR matriculated students have first priority when enrolling in math courses.

Thursday, April 17: 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 2:00-4:00p.m.
Friday, April 18: 1:00-2:30 p.m.
